The Hon'ble Secretary has instructed to give the scanning table as per the prescribed size and specification for the data entry of the marks obtained by the students as per the first semester diagnostic test 2020-21. Pursuant to which, as per reference, it has been informed to allot grant to the office here from reference-3. For a total of 2,81,8 children enrolled in 6th to 8th standard standard subject wise total 2,8,8,50 scanning table sheets to all the districts of the state considering the number of nominations for Std. 6-7 of that district, approximately Rs. 0 per scanning table sheets. 20 / - (Fifty paise in number) has been allotted from the reference-3 here.
In view of the above, GCERT, Gandhinagar has made available to the schools the printed scanning table sheets as per the number given in the accompanying form of Std. 6-7 of your district (Form obtained from CCC) with standard subject wise reference. Necessary instructions have been given in the video conference of all the District Primary Education Officers of the state held on 06/4/2011 at 5:00 pm.

For a total of 2,81,9 children enrolled in 6th to 8th standard standardized total 2,9,8,50 scanning table sheets to all the districts of the state considering the enrollment number of Std. 6-7 of that district, approximately Rs. 50 / - (Fifty paisa per issue). Grant will be allotted from here. (Sample of scanning table sheet is included with this)
In view of the above, you are requested to take action as per the rules given by GCERT, Gandhinagar in view of the instructions given by GCERT, Gandhinagar for providing standardized subject wise scanning table sheets to the children of your district as per the number mentioned in the accompanying form (Form obtained from CCC).

Downlad SARAL DATA Application for ekam kasoti marks scan. The unit test is taken every month for the primary school children. The marks of the unit test are scanned online after penance by the unit test teacher. The SARAL DATA application has been created by the government to scan this. With the help of this application, teachers can scan the current marks.
Primary teachers were having some difficulty in marking the unit test online. To overcome this problem, the application is often updated. A new update of the application has been released for the third time. By updating the application, the primary teachers will be able to mark the unit test online very easily.
